Efficient young players of the club will be granted a place for super eleven we they do show their skills, stamina, power shots and dribbling etc. In order to encourage these juniors every club agreed to conduct reserved team match which gives a chance for these juniors to show their potential. Though manager has the full responsibility of the players, he will not be able find time for this club as he is supposed to concentrate on weekly matches. Thus a separate assistant manager will be appointed and he will take care of the youngsters and their career so as to extract their abilities.
