Youngsters were considered as the future for any academic club and are preserved for their very near future. Moreover they remain as a source of any financial crises that the club faced for about 4 or years. Hence most of the clubs were interest in scouting the player from all around the world and are trained with immense potential so as to increase their price at the marketing and also to face challenging games in their career. Most of the clubs having potential managers will spend more money on scouting the player, signing cheaper contract, rather than bidding for star players.
