Football mainly concerns with the skill of the player regarding the control of ball with his legs. Thus handing the ball is considered as offense and need to be carded. But carding the player is up to the decision of the referee to how intentional the player had the intension to handle the ball. Even goalkeeper will be carded if he tries to attend the ball out of”D” box. Throwing the ball from outside of D box by keeper is also urged for carding. This type of foul will end up with a free kick or a penalty. Penalty results if the player is fouled within the “D” box of his own net. This one also needs the responsibility of the referee on the connotation of the sports person. In case of unintentional handballs, referee will call on for the continuation of game as “play on” and gear up the thrill of the game.
