As per the association of football match, Duration is restricted for 90 minutes and splits it into two halves having 45 minutes per session along with a 15 minutes break. Flow time of the game interrupted due to fouls, injuries and any other time lag will be calculated by the referee and are compensated the additional time known as “stoppage time” or “injury time”. In knock out matches 30 minutes will be added extra if tie exist between the teams and it is divided it two halves having 15 minutes per session. If game persists as tie beyond the extra time, penalties will be awarded for both the team with 5 men to take on. Based on the results of the penalties winner will be decided. Even then if the game prevails tie then sudden death will be followed which insist players to take penalties until a team leads the other by score.
